The HEAT Lab gave four strong talks at the 21st International Topical Meeting on Nuclear Reactor Thermal Hydraulics in Busan, South Korea from August 31-September 5, 2025!
Beau and Ben also enjoyed a ton of amazing Korean food. We had spent a lot of time together with Wooseong and Hyoungsuk from Prof. Jeong’s lab at KAIST when they came to UC Berkeley for 9 months, so it was great to catch up! We were also warmly welcomed for a tour of KAIST by Prof. Seong’s lab, whom we also have a great student exchange relationship with.
The conference was very fruitful for all of us and we look forward to NURETH-22 in Denver come 2027!
